The Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation was established as a subsidiary of the J. King & Sons Co., Inc. to develop, manage and market the next generation of urban living. The company started in 2006 headed by its Vice President Mr. Jose Maria H. Gianzon, who is an experienced realtor himself.
